Fish Oil

Needed a replacement for the usual fish oil I order, and this looked like it had somewhat more healthful ingredients. I will probably continue to use it because of the added ingredients. Bottle is plastic, came intact, no cracks: with time we'll see how effective this one is.

Excellent!

I've always used nature made omega-3 and this is the first time I tried the now brand and as far as I can tell, it works just as good if not well me and my wife are probably going to switch this brand permanently. I have no problems with this whatsoever.

Great!

I find this value for money. I used to feel cold when there is a sudden drop in temperature. I find taking 2 capsules everyday help to warm up my system. When the situation improves, I lower it to once a day. I also find it especially helpful when I have period cramps to take 2 in the morning and 2 before bedtime , just for the 2-3 days of severe cramps. It brings down the cramping and makes the periods more manageable. I hope you find it helpful.
