This brand contains ONLY OLIVE LEAF in the capsules. I tried another brand accidentally a month or so ago, and could not wisely take it because the capsule also contained 90 per cent of the Selenium RDA daily maximum a person should ingest. Selenium is a vitally needed mineral, but in safe daily amounts. it is not a water soluble nutrient that the body can flush out any extra ingested daily. The mineral builds up in the system, and can become toxic. It is good, and important, but only in the right daily amount! NOW brand is great. It only contains Olive Leaf, which, by the way has no overdose level. Our bodies flush out any extra not needed in a day. (See the Johnson %26 Johnson study done on Olive Leaf some years ago. It is anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal; has no overdose level, low allergenic unless a very rare olive allergy, and does not negatively interact with any medication. People in the Mediterranean region juice fresh Olive Leaves when they begin feeling sick and recover very quickly. Africans do so as well to combat Malaria.
