I like this product

I really like this product especially because it's a V-cap.and I had okay results with Now biotin, but I LOVE the Natrol Biotin @ 5000 mcg because of the strawberry taste and it dissolves and I have seen BETTER hair/nail results with Natrol. But over this product is rated an A, but I will continue to take my Natrol.

Hair, Skin, & Nails

This is an amazing product for your hair skin and nails. I recommend this to all of my clients because I am a hair stylist and I know from experience the benefits of taking this regularly. Even if you take it twice a day I have seen it work most effectively then. If you take it too late it might give you energy or could have trouble sleeping but I take mine at breakfast and lunch with food.
