Excellent!

Funnily enough these actually helped me lose weight! I lost a lot in one month and I attribute it to the fenugreek rather than other vitamins i'm taking seeing as I take the most of these! I also find they help with regulating periods- mine comes exactly 28/29 days.

Lovee

This is my absolute favorite fenugreek brand! From the first week of usage I've noticed the benefits. The pills are a small size and easy to swallow, with little to no smell or taste. My body Odor basically non existent and it actually made my sweat smell sweet. Amazing quality and definitely a product I will continue to use 😌

Excellent!

This is traditional here in the middle east, and it well known to help increase the estrogen level and balance out the hormones and make your body more curvy due to it's benefits. I love it! Not only for this cause, but its calming properties especially when i am on my period, it calms my cramps down and makes it less painful!
