Super Charged Antioxidant Healing for IBS
This concentrated form of Acai is super healing to my IBS digestive tract. I use a couple tablespoons in a smoothie with raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, chia seeds, greek yogurt and coconut milk. The flavor is pleasant, the boost of antioxidants makes my skin glow and calms my tummy. Shake well before using for best results.
