This cream lived up to the claims. I have severe dry flaky skin in my cheeks by my nose due to rosacea. nothing but very expensive Mary Kay masks would ever work in smoothing and soothing that area, not even big brand name products that touted they were for rosacea. THIS cream actually smoothed out the dry flaky scales on my cheeks and nose area and lasted overnight. the only drawback is the white sheen. you gotta REALLY rub this stuff in, it's got the consistency of sunblock lol. would 10/10 recommend if you have stubborn dry flaky skin!

Love this cream! I use it for my hands, around my eyes and mouth. It's very moisturizing, and this one actually gets absorbed in a while compared to other occlusive creams. Mine arrived intact but since the jar is made in glass, I might take precautions and pick it up in store next time.

Good German skin cream in a glass jar

Really like this thick, German, skin cream, but I hate the tin container that always seems to arrive dented so that the cover is hard to put on and take off. This is a heavy glass jar that is much better. It also comes in a plastic jar that is better than the flat tin container.
