The cords are a dark green, darker than some other green cords, but that means they blend into the Christmas tree perfectly. The different modes are fantastic, comes with a small paper describing them. The light bulbs are the short flattened nub type not the pointy end ones, and the light shines evenly from all angles (some cheaper ones have bright spots). We've had them up (indoors) for over a month on a timer, still looking great.

The PERFECT amount of lights for my 6.5' christmas tree. I like how they give you extra cord at the bottom to be able to plug it in a little firther away than your avg. standard lights. I wasnt even aware of all the different setting these kights can do at the time of purchase but i love that i have the options now! They dont get hot andnare thr perfect shape!
