The customer sent the wrong shoes size to someone in prison. Argued with me about they were the correct size until i sent screenshot showing what was ordered and sent. prisoners are only able to have 1 pair of shoes sent to them under their name. Now my son has shoes that he can't wear and the prison won't send them back with me talking to him. i asked due to them making the mistake and attempting to make it right to see about fixing it and waiting a response. At this time we are out of the refund unless the shoes are returned. will update if they attempt to make this right.
