This is absolutely milk!!!
This is hands-down, the best tasting milk powder on earth. It's convenient because I can make it as I need it and I never end up throwing out milk that went bad because I couldn't use it in time. Whenever I want milk, I simply mix this into a glass and I have a fresh glass on demand. It's great for cooking as well. This is nothing like the milk powder they had back in the 80s that was basically just white powder that turned into white liquid. This is milk! You can make it as rich or as watery as you like.

Doesn't have the bitter taste of nonfat powdered milk. My %231 use is to add to hot chocolate. But it's good for gravies, and anything that you want to add "creaminess" to. For example: chicken noodle soup, meatloaf, potatoes (au gratin, scalloped), etc. Seems to be better for my allergies/lactose intolerance.
