This is excellent to have on hand for those times when you want to make sauces and gravies from scratch. If you have milk drinkers at home and it seems like everytime you need some milk for a recipe they drank it all.. well this solves that problem! I love it because it is shelf stable and it is wonderful for cooking and baking. Saves a lot of trips for just some milk. We have not tried it for just drinking so I can't say how that would taste.
