These are a bit pricey but well worth it. Healthy and doesn't break the "Carb and Sugar Bank" I am type II diabetic and sometimes just crave a sweet treat! These Max Mallows manage that craving without guilt. They are about 2 inches square and a serving is 2 pieces--15 calories--) g sugar--5g carbohydrate. Plus, Collagen--Protein--MCT Oil--prebiotic Fiber. How COOL is that?

I love the Max Mallow brand, birthday cake is my favorite but these will go better with sweet potato pie. They are gluten free, sugar free and have good for you ingredients like MCT oil %26 Collagen, they make a great snack or addition to hot cocoa. Indulge you deserve it!

Feeling sorry for myself, missing smores this fall when diagnosed diabetes 2, this excellent low carb alternative is Max Mallow Burnt Caramel Marshmallows using my microwave! Layer sugar-free graham cracker first with dark chocolate square for 15 seconds, then add marshmallow on top, heat for 5 seconds to get everything melty and top with another graham cracker.
