NETGEAR Nighthawk AXE3000 Tri-band (2.4GHz, 5GHz, 6GHz) USB 3.0 Wireless Network Adapter, (New)

My legacy laptop 2.4 internal WiFi interface was fine 5-years ago. After trying (returning) several other brands and models, I decided to try NetGear because I was so impressed with the NightHawk WiFi router/firewall I purchased about a year ago. I didn't want need ‘ultra fast' with system system, so I went with the AXE3000. The first thing that I enjoyed was that the setup removed all of my legacy adapters from the view of my always invasive Win11 OS. After completing setup, I rebooted and just sat back and the NetGear AXE3000 ‘do its thing'. My DL speeds through another companies WAP's I installed was SO much faster, even faster than the ‘other' WiFi 5GHz plug-in I was replacing. I've had ZERO issues with compatibility, and the sensitivity of the AXE3000 allows me to move farther on to the back porch and still work at reliable and greatly improved speeds. Couldn't be happier.

I have a weak signal. I live in the country. I have no problems with this little unit it's connection is powerful and i get great internet on my laptop. Speedy and very responsive. Downloaded take very little time.
