Good Alternative for Non Induction Cooking Pans

I purchased this in an effort to use it with a pressure canner because my induction cooktop will not work with the pressure canner. I have not yet used it with the pressure canner so I cannot evaluate it for that. I did use it with the water bath canner and while it took a long time to get to the boil state, it maintained it well.

Boils water fast!

Second one for me. Had first one for long time and it started taking time to boil water. Do all my cooking on the single burner and they are very reliable. Have tried others over the years, but this SB-01 heats fast and boils faster than others I have had—have lasted longer also.

Good quality build and gets good and hot

its nice built. Heavy construction. Heats up every nice and brings water to a boil pretty fast for a hot plate. i havent had it long but it seems to be a better qualty build that others ive used. I use them a lot so im actually ordering another one now at this price.
