I am just shy of 5' 3" tall, 145 to 150 lbs. I ordered size M. Oh, and my thighs are about 22" around. These shorts are snug, not tight. Washed well and put in the dryer for about 15 or 20 min. Then I placed them on plastic hangers and hung them in the doorway to finish drying. Geat bike shorts. I love this brand, I have the capri's and the longer leggins all in size M.
