I got them specifically for muscle cramps. Id get body cramps everywhere around my rib cage, lower abdomen, upper abdomen, legs, you name it. I started taking 1 before bed for the first week to see how my body would react to it and then upped it to the suggested 2 before bed. I noticed they made me more relaxed during the day as well. I gave it about 2 weeks of getting into my system to replenish any magnesium defencies I may have had, and I did notice a significant difference in my cramps. I still experience them but not as frequent. There may be other things missing in my diet besides magnesium but this is a great vitamin. I do enjoy them and would highly recommend them, especially if you are looking for a vitamin for their relaxing capabilities. They also didn't cause me stomach aches.
