This has been a miracle product for me! My cycle and symptoms were making my life a living h$ll pretty much 😩 I went from having EXTREMELY HEAVY periods that lasted 5-6 days with cramping so bad it kept me in bed for DAYS. Also my pms was really bad and my period was coming every 2 weeks. After starting with this regimen the FIRST MONTH my period came around the 28th or 29th Day of my cycle... only lasted 3-4 days... with the first and last day being EXTREMELY LIGHT 🥹 I have struggled with endometriosis and pcos. I have had 2 periods since beginning and both have been what I would consider normal. This product can be a game changer. I bought these with my own money and I am not being compensated for this review in any way.
