Excellent for Sleep and Relaxation

This is the best quality Ashwagandha I have ever tried. I tried multiple brands of ashwagandha but this one has the best effect. This benefits mood and reduces stress. The size is very good and the ingredients are high quality. NOt really a smell or a taste. Overall excellent supplement.

Love it!

I love this brand, the quality is great. I started taking these to help me reduce my stress levels and they helped me A LOT. I noticed how I had way less mood swings and how I'm sleeping better. It has no smell and no taste. The pill size is fine and it's easy to swallow.

Excellent!

This is one of the best high-quality supplements ever, with clean ingredients! After taking it for about two months, I have no more problems falling asleep at night, my sleep has improved, and I am more relaxed and less reactive when stressed. Will order again and again
