My daughter 2 2 years old and weighs about 27 pounds, this fit her great around her waist as its stretchy, i also wanted to try it on my 7 yr old just for giggles and it fit her too. Its not see through but she will still wear coverups underneath, just the right amount of fluffiness! Oh and the price, not even Amazon can beat that!! Extremely cute! Perfect for little kids dress up or just wearing. the waist has a satin finish material wich is a adorable detail and its wide enough to notice. The tutu does have 3 layers wich make it able to be puffed up more and my toddler loves playing with the top one and swinging it around. Definitely a great buy especially for the low price. Recommend for all the little princesses. My picture doesnt do it much justice but with a twirling ballerina it was the best i could do haha. Hopefully it helps.
