This was actually really good quality for the price. Very soft and the person who I bought it for ended up not needing it so I put it on as a joke and it was able to stretch really big so I wore it around for a bit. Can definitely be worn by someone older than 10 - in fact probably up to even a women's size 10 comfortably.
