Great life vest, but deceiving photo

I bought this life vest for my 10 year old daughter because she does not know how to swim and is a bit scared of the water. Most life vests for her size do not have the collar around the neck and it adds additional safety and floatation. She wore it to the lake and after discovering that it makes her float, she was floating happily in the deep water. It fits nice, and is a pretty color. I wish it had 2 buckles. NOTE- the picture and description are deceiving as it does NOT have a crotch strap. I was very disappointed when it arrived, because that was one of the reasons I chose this one.
