Instructions
1. Add 3T of oil and 4 popcorn kernels to a 6-quart pan. Cover with a lid and place over medium heat.
2. When the kernels pop, the oil is extremely hot. Carefully add 1/3 cup of kernels, re-cover the pan, and gently shake the pan back and forth to coat the kernels and prevent burning. Leave the lid slightly ajar to allow steam to escape.
3. When popping slows to one pop every 3-5 seconds, turn off the heat. Continue to shake for another 45 seconds, so the last kernels can pop.
4. Remove the lid, pour it into bowls, and enjoy!
