I have tried the Ryze Mushroom Coffee for 5 months has 6 mushroom and higher calories 16 cal. However this Mushroom Coffee has 10 mushroom, has less calories only 6 cal, and tastes better. I have bought this brand of Mushroom Coffee for friends and they really like it. That they bought some more for them- selves. They can feel the difference in one week with more energy without the jitters, felt like they had clear minds and they were sluggish or dragging anymore.
