Easy to assemble- messing hardware received
I bought two storage shelves and both arrived very quickly. We also noticed during the assembly that the brackets to install the shelves stacked vertically. I contacted the company via email and requested the missing hardware. I received the hardware within a week, and was able to continue the installation. It is annoying that they do not include the brackets in every box, and are waiting for customers to contact them. In a long run, it will cost high with losing customers.

Awesome shelves, great value for the money. Theyre exactly what I needed. Didnt take too long to put together though the box they came in was heavy as heck lol They look great in my office and will be perfect to hold all the makeup (1,000s of pieces) that I need them to. And as an added bonus they look amazing in my office. I love that the shelf height can be adjusted to hold whatever size products I need. Very sturdy, substantial shelves. You wont regret getting them and they even showed up super quick!

Sturdy unit perfect for tight space
Out of necessity was assembling in tight space so was a bit more time consuming than might have been otherwise. Still was able to get the entire thing put together on my own (70 yo female) using a rubber mallet. Took my time and actually filled the shelves as I built it. Possibly not the way it was expected to be done, but had to do it due to space limitations. Worked out fine.
