These aren't as I expected they are better than!! Cost effective and easily available to replace. I accidentally purchased a size 2 and two more size different sizes. My Grandson has a thing with taking his shoes off but these he keeps on!! They must be comfortable for him because he has no issues with taking them off!!

My son has been wearing these since he could walk. They are a good thickness and keep his feet warm. They provide him with a good foundation to walk in. The sole is sturdy but not too hard. The shoes are also very easy to clean. I will be buying again when he grows out of them.

Excellent value for higher ankle support
So first off these are actually super cute. But this kind of style was recommended by my daughter's physical therapist to help with some extra ankle support. I was glad to pay this price for a higher quality shoe that I knew my daughter would grow out of quickly. My only complaint is if your child is still crawling, the velcro will catch any pet fur or hair you have on the floors.
