Munchkin® VIB Baby Gift Basket, Great for Baby Showers, Includes 20 Baby Products, Pink, Unisex

As a mom of 3, I feel like I have a good idea of essential products for new parents and I would say that Munchkin hit the nail on the head when they put this basket together! The majority of items in this basket are things that I love and have been using for the last 5 years. In fact I planned to give this away at an upcoming shower, but when it came in the mail my kids were so excited, we had to open it up first. They each saw something they wanted and tried to run away with the items. My 10 month old loved the music cube, tried to drink from the cup instantly, and was very curious about the animals swinging from the mirror. It was fun to see the various upgrades to favorite items that have taken place in the last few years. In fact I have to agree with one of the other reviews that this bathtub is one of the best designs! I even put my 10 month old in it while we checked out all of the items and she sat for a good 20 minutes and since she just learned to crawl, that really says something about how comfotable it is! One of the few items I haven’t tried is the nasal aspirator, but even that I wish I would have had with this last child and all of the colds. I am definitely looking forward to gifting this basket of must haves! I feel lucky that I received it for my honest feedback and would highly recommend it for new parents!

An all in one gift package with items that are ACTUALLY useful! I received this Munchkin very important baby gift in exchange for my honest review and it is seriously a gift that will impress!! When gifting to the best of family and friends THIS is what you need! No need spending time to try and create your own gift basket because anything a new mom would need is seriously in here and for the amount of items you get ... seriously a reasonable price! Two of my favorite items in the gift basket were the “Shine” stainless steel bottle drying rack and bottle brush. With a baby, bottles take over your life! Why not make the accessories a little more tasteful than bright colors since the items will always be on your counter. The bottle drying rack holds A LOT and folds up nicely for storage. The other kitchen/dining items are also a big hit! The suction bowls actually stick, this is the only spout-less sippy my son will use (and I definitely don’t mind because of the minimal pieces that are easy to clean and assemble), you can never have enough baby spoons, and the snack cup lids are definitely improved from their last model. The snack cup lid was a little tight to get in and off but should loosen some with use. I also really loved the musical cube and so did babe! Its pretty cool as it plays all of the instruments together as you click on them rather than turning off when you click on the next. I was a little hesitant on how I would like this bath Tub as it is so different than any I’ve used before. We have a huge sink in the kitchen and it worked perfect to put in there, no need to bend over into the tub. I did wait to use this with my little man until around 4/5 weeks and he gained more head control as babies will sit up pretty straight. The water temperature duck comes in handy those first few months when babe is no new and sensitive. This item will give mom peace of mind when setting babe into that tub! The diaper changer on the go is awesome and so useful! This one is different than others I’ve used and had extra little feature. My favorite is that the changing area can velcro apart from the portion that holds the diapers/ wipes. I’ve had to pull it apart in smaller bathrooms without changing tables and as my little guy got bigger he would try and grab for it, I would take it apart and let him play with that section to occupy him as I changed him. One item I did not expect to use was the diaper cream applicator. I thought it would just cause more of a mess. When in reality it is so slick on the go. I have used it while out of the home, wipe it off with a wipe, and properly clean when we get back home. No mess on my hands when we are out in public. If you question if this is the right gift for someone, just do it! Seriously it’ll be the greatest gift they receive.
