After applying Glister™ Multi-Action Toothpaste to the brush, position it at a 45° angle with your gums. Brush your teeth with circular movements for at least 2 minutes. Don't forget to brush your gums gently. Brush the outer, inner and upper surfaces of your teeth. Using the upper end of the brush, clean the inside of the front teeth with gentle strokes. Finally, use the textured soft surface on the back of the toothbrush to clean your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen your breath.
