Then the two longer elasticized straps cross each other and attach with velcro. After this I could even reset my heel back in the boot a bit and tighten the fit. I have reinjured a sprained ankle and have tried many boots and ace bandages. This is the best so far. I will show it to my doctor. The nurse who put on ace bandage after the xray did not train me to do it myself, and after consulting many videos, I found she applied the bandage starting from top. Nope, start at foot. I am 77.

Unbeatable price, item is well made. I was hesitant because is half the price of the other brands on the shelf but is so worth it.
