I bought Men's Apex Mid Zip Ankle Boot as a gift for my husband. He loves them. He wore them snowplowing for 19 hours. He said they were perfect. His feet didn't sweat, they were comfortable, kept his feet dry and just warm enough when he had to shovel side walks. Easy to put on. The zipper feature works well if you have difficulty with just a high slip on type boot.

These are great boots for wet and dewy areas especially you're hunting or just walking your dog. Comfortable throughout the time you have them on and easy to maintain. I was also impressed that walking on wet grassy inclines, the soles do a great job of providing little to no slip.

Slip-Ons for Hunters

This is a great hunting boot when temps are too high for full-height or insulation. They are easy to slip on/off and are very comfortable. They run a little wide so I added a full-length insert with arch support. They aren't really suitable for hunts that require long hikes but they are fine for tracking. The height also limits wading through water. I use them mostly for sits in a box-stand during gun seasons.
