Stop use and ask a doctor if nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur; pain, nasal congestion, or cough gets worse or lasts more than 7 days; fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days; redness or swelling is present; new symptoms occur; cough comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

Helped my daughter's ongoing cough with the very first dose! Non drowsy. Not the best taste, but not the worst. Helps break up the gunk and help ease the tickle to cough. Worked after trying several other types of cough medicine.

mucinex childrens expectorant cough syrup
this works great when your child has phlegm that he or she cannot get up by clearing their throat several times. weve used this for awhile now, and i keep 3 bottles on hand all the time, ready for any season with the 2 kids. as a matter of fact, us adults keep the adult mucinex pills on hand for the same problem because this stuff works very well. as far as shipping. walmart gets their items to you ASAP. im very happy with their customer service too.
