Decent Salt, Perfect Grind for Multi Uses

I'm now using this salt as my general cooking and sprinkling salt in addition to using it for canning purposes. It's just right for bread baking whereas the larger grind that I had been using didn't quite meet the flavor mark I'd been working toward. When I ran out of that brand I reached for my canning salt and found myself doing that with increased frequency so now it's all I use. I'd been using a larger grind and think this medium grind delivers the perfect amount for bread making. It's perfect for pickling whether I do something quick in the refrigerator or do a hot water bath seal. I do grind it a bit more for fresh hot popcorn. The flavor always delivers. The only drawback is that the nice zip top bag doesn't work as intended so I transfer to jars and add a fabric tea bag of rice to keep the salt clump free. Good stuff!

the only thing i would suggest is the packaging when you pull out your measuring spoon half of the salt you had on it falls off so you have to do it again

The salt is fine, not coarse and tastes good. I use it to soak my finished sprouts and microgreens before tossing them into a salad...really crisps them up. This also makes perfect crisp vegetable pickles., kimchi.
