This is a truly lovely bird feeder. I received it in the late afternoon, and the battery arrived fully charged. That first night, the light stayed on until morning. Now that the days are shorter, it usually shines from dusk until around 1 a.m. . The feeder itself is beautiful and sturdy, and it comfortably accommodates both small and larger birds. I've had sparrows, finches, and doves visit—what you attract really depends on the food you choose. I fill one side with a mixed seed blend and the other with sunflower seeds, but you can also use mealworms or unshelled peanuts. The capacity is great; even when I only fill each compartment halfway, there are still seeds left by nightfall. I also appreciate the built‑in drainage holes, which keep the food dry and fresh. Overall, this feeder is an excellent choice—well‑made, attractive, and immediately inviting to birds. It has exceeded my expectations.
