Item came from Northern tools (listed from Northern for about $40 more). Item arrived quickly and other then the outer packaging suffering from water damage the inside was in good condition. I absolutely love it...I have a separate 2.5 car/ garage I use as a workshop...There's no insulation and I'm in philly, So; in the winter months it get COLD out there...This thing is like a jet engine...And it heats up the 26X23 shop in minutes...I put it at one end and blow it toward the other ... The temperature goes up 15 degrees at the far point...I run it for a good half hour, then shut it off...Most of the time, so far this winter; I haven't had to turn it back on...Best heat I've owned and as a general contractor, I've had many...
