have used it for a month and have not had any problems. Was easy to install, heats the entire front half of my two story house, looks great, does not seem to use a lot of propane to heat. Have it sitting on the floor in front of my fireplace that we can't use anymore, and it is working perfectly.

30k Working much better with circulation fan. Seems to help thermostat function. Purchased a long 3/8 supply hose to set bottle outside. Be aware the local bottle exchange only fill the grill tank with 3.5 gallons. Refill station will fill it with 4. 5 near half the cost. Heater is a great addition to my home. Wouldn't want to be without it now. I was extremely satisfied with the heater, price, and shipping here Walmart. Some other sellers were priced $100 more.
