Really nice but problem with vital wheat gluten
Really nice but problem with vital wheat gluten because when I make fake vital wheat gluten burgers the burgers get so big. Instead I use now an empty 1/2 gallon heavy duty plastic sherbet container. This works great with real beef though.

Excellent!
This burger press is for forming perfectly shaped burgers from fresh meat. It is super easy to clean and stores neatly with an airtight lid. It is easy to use and the burgers remove easily from the plastic divider disks. We have tried other burger presses but this one is the best. It is made of plastic but very durable with regular use. The air tight cover can be used to store the burgers in the refrigerator or cooler for use later. (Not recommended for freezing but you can remove the burgers then freeze them (with parchment paper in between them) in a freezer bag)
