I like that the coffee is organic. I like that it's instant. I like the taste... sometimes the taste of decaf and/or instant coffee is not as good as regular coffee. This is not the case with this item...it tastes really good! And I like that it's a fair trade item, so the people who make it are given a fair price for the value of the item.
