My nutritional disciple (due to health and predisposition diagnoses), when sick (I have MS), seems to dictate that which I am able to consume. Sometimes that intake is not sufficient enough to prevent further weight loss. These gummies (using real fruit/vegetables), which I keep in every room of the house now, are perfect if you just need a little something to either hold you over until a meal can be consumed, or you need something in your stomach when taking vitamins or meds. These gummies are tasty and affordable (kids will love them, grown-ups too) and contain just the right number of gummies to satisfy a quick and easy (and yes, temporary) fix; not advised to go too long before a real meal can be had.

I noticed when in Canada that fruit snacks were available with vegetable juice added, so when I got home I scouted around to find similar here. These are soft, delicious, and not too sticky! The price is right and the entire family dips into the box when a sweet tooth hits. Health food? No, fresh fruit will always be best, but these portion-controlled snacks are still a good substitute for candy.

The individual snack pouches offer a sweet fruity pick-me-up, energy treat on the go- carry in a pocket/bag %26 hope there's a nice flavor combination! The flavors are pleasant %26 they melt as easily as they can be chewed. They seem pretty safe to me.
