It's huge and apple juice can help some with digestion. I used to use this stuff like crazy, but that was for... other reasons in the past... This definitely tastes better than cheap cheap apple juice. I prefer Wild Orchard I think it is, but that is shipped and not direct from the store with the rest of my orders.
