Bad delivery of salt

I disliked the delivery of the product. It was left on the back steps. Yet, the delivery person stated it was the front. It was as if the box was thrown and salt was everywhere! I am elderly and am not strong,so I injured my back lifting the bag to bring into my home. Had they left it ON the porch, I could have dragged it into the back door. There was also a hole in the bottom of the bag!
