Reminds me of the better veggie burgers I have had when dining out at locations that specialize in vegan food preparation. At home they're not as fresh because of the keep them frozen for storage in stores but I get to personalize them to my taste with ingredients I enjoy. Wish they would make them out of lion mane mushrooms for the texture difference and taste.
