I feed a colony of 12 ferals, 4 are very friendly and believe pre-owned. They love it and share the 2 floors. I have such peace of mind knowing they are warm in single digit temps and snow. I assembled it myself with my portable drill, and got it done. My only complaint is that the electric cord is too short, by 2 feet to reach the lightbulb plug. I have an outside 2 prong extention cord coming to replace the small extention cord. The shelter is perfect for my small area, provides comfort to my feral family and is underneath the 2nd floor balcony. We love it...

great for outdoor use

when purchased with the insulated insert, this cat house provides warm cozy shelter. i live in the high sierra mountains where it snows all winter. i filled both floors of the lil house with staw bedding and added a hot water bottle on extra cold nights. my full time outdoor cats LOVE there houses. coming out to feed them in the mornings and watching their heads pop out is funny too. these are great quality, hold up great in rain, wind and snow. good purchase. Just be sure not to overfill the staw!
