juice pack H2PRO Made for iPhone 6s / 6

I love the idea behind this product. I did have an issue with the case when it was under warranty, I replaced it through the warranty, and the new case was defective in after you snapped the 2 halves together it didn't seal all the way. So I had to send that one back and have it replaced. But things like that happen. Manufacturing process can make mistakes sometimes and since the company offered to take it back and replace it with another one that's okay. I just hope this one is better.

Here's what I like about the Mophie H20 proof battery case. It is comfortable in the hand, it has rounded corners and feels very durable. I have dropped this HARD on tile multiple times and no issues. Very tough case. The battery life on the spare battery is excellent. (The best one on the market from what I can tell). The screen saver is tough and clear. The headphone jack port has a great o-ring port cover. The lever used to put phone on silent works great. Best of all the others IMO. Now, here is what I DON'T like about the Mophie: The charging port cover is a joke. It is a tiny small flap that would only be waterproof if it isn't touched in any way. I am literally waiting for it to just be ripped off at some point. The buttons (Should be only one button) used for turning on the battery case are too easily turned on or off. I would prefer a long press to activate, this thing comes on when I don't want it too, very annoying. The screen cover, although tough, makes it harder to press the main front button on the IPHONE. You have to really press hard to operate the button. The speaker sound is muffled, although not distorted. One thing I have noticed is a very annoying loud feedback noise coming on during phone calls (at times, not always). I have had to quickly remove the case to finish a phone call without the echo sound. For me, the two deal breakers on this phone are the cheeseball charging port cover and the feedback noise issue. Hopefully Mophie can address these issues.
