It was the perfect size to cut in half and use in my step-in tub, giving me a spare when one is in the laundry. However, it keeps floating up in the bath water. Would be perfect for the shower, as described. Wish I could get it to stay on the bottom of the tub. Nice loofah surface.

This is the best bathmat

This is the best bathmat I have ever had. I saw an online recommendation for the mat as a good option for seniors. The mat is non slip and drains well. A couple of things to mention, make sure to rinse the mat before stepping on the beginning, the mat is a loofah and can be a little rough. The other is, after showering, rinse the mat and hang over the edge of tub to dry, every time otherwise it will get moldy (loofa side down). Bleach bath cleaner will clean it if this occurs. I did buy the longer length to butt up to the drain and up the back a little.

I love that this mat has no suction cups. My previous mat was the same material but with suction cups and when pulled up to clean, the suctions cups broke off. The size is perfect for a standard tub. I wish they had more color options but other than that, this is the perfect tub mat for us and when I need another I will buy this again!
