I buy these regularly for my husband to drink on his way to work. They help him be alert and awake on the long drive through rural wooded and boring areas on his commute. They have just the right kick. We love these specifically because they taste great in this variety pack, and they're sugar free, which is helpful with his type 2 diabetes. Calorie count is low, which is also a benefit. Buying in this pack saves a little money and time in comparison to the cost at a gas station and the time it takes to stop and purchase one. I just put one in my Walmart order and they bring it right to my door.

These flavors are really good. These ones give me a nice boost to kick myself into gear on days when I have long shifts. It's important to limit yourself to one per day at most though - too much too fast can cause metabolic issues, cardiovascular, neurological, and mental health issues, due to the large amounts of caffeine and sugar.
