RUBIES II Ghoulia Yelps Fancy-Dress Costumes for Girls with Top, Skirt, Belt, and Cuff, Small 4-6

Honestly, I did not have high expectations for this costume, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I got a size small (4-6) for my average sized 5 year old. It fits her well and would probably fit up to an average 6 year old. The pants are made of a sort of thin corduroy. The top is your typical polyester costume material, but this is what I expected. The glasses are super cute, but too big for my little one's head (this probably will not be a problem for older children). My only real complaint is about the belt. It is not a real belt as shown in the picture, but a sort of long foam strip with velcro. It's perfectly acceptable, especially for the price, but we tend to go all out for Halloween, so we've purchased an adult piano belt that we'll just cut down to size. Overall, if your child is a Ghoulia fan, she will love this costume!
