My great-grandson needs these because he is autistic %26 often needs to go to sleep when he can't. His mom often needs to get him on a schedule so he can go to his speech therapy. Smooth and relaxing
I bought this for my kids but I took some 1st to test it. I'm not sure how or why 2 gummies have me struggling to stay awake and keep my eyes open. For my kids they don't seem to feel it the same lol, they will still be up and running around. For me it's like drinking some good wine and relaxing and getting sleepy.
