My great-grandson needs these because he is autistic %26 often needs to go to sleep when he can't. His mom often needs to get him on a schedule so he can go to his speech therapy. I bought this for my kids but I took some 1st to test it. I'm not sure how or why 2 gummies have me struggling to stay awake and keep my eyes open.
