I'm using for my five year old who has a lot of tics, blinking etc. And in three days there was a huge improvement and is doing two thirds less than she was and it has been a couple months now. Love it. My only complaint is from Walmart. I have bought this 60 count online four times now, but I actually get the 44 count.
