I love the size, page color, and durability of Moleskine notebooks. I've yet the find another notebook that checks these three boxes for me. I find the newer ones usually have better paper -- and are even fountain pen friendly (at least with anF/EF nib, which is what I use)

These notebooks are called "classic" for a reason. The similar-looking imitations are not as sturdy or well-made. If you want your entries and notes to be around for a while, investing in these classics is the way to go. And they cost just a little more anyway, at least from Walmart!
