So far so good
Just purchased today. Hubby says install was incredibly easy. It came with an easy change faucet tool so nothing other than basic tool-kit items were needed and it looks beautiful. We had a Franke faucet previously that started leaking after less than 2 years (very disappointing). So we decided to switch to Moen which is reputed to have great customer service if/when needed, together with an excellent reputation for superior products. We also love the boost button that allows for a heavier spray and the faucet itself feels substantial not flimsy.

Meh
I had this faucet installed a few weeks ago and regret it more every time I walk into the kitchen. The best thing that can be said about it is that it functions. It is too high and it splashes badly. The pull out hose is quite short. It is clunky in appearance, no finesse in the design, especially in the brushed stain resistant steel (or whatever it's called) finish

We are sorry to hear that the 9126SRS Kurv Spot Resist Stainless One-Handle High Arc Pulldown Kitchen Faucet did not meet your expectations. The faucet measurements can be found on the specifications page link, this model one of our taller products at 9-3/16” from the countertop to the aerator. The height of the faucet can impact the amount of splashing, however, the depth and material of the sink will also play a role. The pulldown hose is 68” long, we recommend checking the hose weight location, if it's too high it will prevent the hose from being pulled down as far as it should.
