What I really enjoyed: The desktop came packed very well and in tact. The GPU was wisely uninstalled as it is the first and easiest thing to be damaged while shipping. The air flow design, case colors, and led colors are great attractions as well. It came with everything needed to begin gaming that day. The technicians who assembled the case have a good eye for detail and cable routing. The PC arrived in an excellent amount of time and the customer service is really responsive. This PC ran all of my games well above expectation. The GPU and CPU in this PC are a fantastic and powerful pair for the price. The things that could use improvement: There were no instructions for the installation of the GPU. All of the other instructions were all in a Chineese language. The instructions that came with the USB Wifi 6 antenna were also only in Chineese The thumb screws that hold the glass window in place unscrew from the case completely, instead of unscreewing just enough to release the glass so it can slide out. if you could add this feature to prevent lost screws and pieces.
